GUIDA ACQUISTI NEGOZI AFFILIATI AMAZON

ragzzi è da tanto che non scrivo sul forum e rieccomi qua con una domanda da proporvi: ho trovato la special edition di Devil may cry 4 a 12 sterline compresa di spedizione da un negozio affiliato ad amazon.co.uk la cerca da tempo e vorrei prenderla ma una cosa mi frena...non sò se quaklcuno ha mai acquistato da questi negozi affiliati,ne tantomeno sò se sono affidabili,se il pacco non dovesse arrivare a chi dovrei rivolgermi per un eventuale rimborso allo staff di amazon o al rivenditore?in media quanto ci mette ad arrivare un ordine fatto ad un negozio affiliato?sempre sui classici3-5 giorni lavorativi?

Se ci invii il link del negozio affiliato o semplicemente il nome, magari possiamo controllartelo/ sapere da qlk se ci ha già acquistato in modo tale da essere sicuri se è affidabile o meno.. ..

IL NEGOZIO SI CHIAMA "zoverstocks" purtroppo nn c'è nella lista dei negozi che vendono il prodotto perchè ho ordinato dmc e successivamente cancellato l'ordine e aperto questo topic XP

Rufy ho letto su vari forum qlk commento di qlk che ha acquistato "appoggiandosi" a zoverstocks...Purtroppo erano tt acquirenti con residenza in Uk..pertanto nn so se la tempistica di consegna è la stessa..però credo, visto che è Amazon anche ad indicarlo e pubblicizzarlo che l'assistenza ti venga fornita direttamente da loro..ovviamente nn ho trovato casi di problemi nei forum che ho letto.. pertanto rimane una mia supposizione..
Dispiace non poterti aiutare di più..se riesco a trovare qlks altro o sento qlk che ha acquistato da lì te lo faccio sapere immediatamente..

grazie lupin comunque l'ho acuistatoe da ieri sera l'ordine è in "dispatching soon" spero che entro questa sera appaia la scritta "dispatched"

allora il prodotto non è disponibile presso il negozio affiliato quindi hanno cancellato l'ordine e si sono presi i soldi,dopo diverse mail di lamentela sia ad amazon ke a zoverstock una dello staff del negozio affiliato mi ha scritto che i soldi mi sono stati rinviati sulla carta di credito nello stesso istante in cui l'ordine è stato cancellato ma non è stato cosi ora amazon mi scrive questo, ma prima io gli ho scritto questa mail ieri:

i sent many e-mail today about the order number #026-0574488-7486766,the seller ZOVERSTOCK told me that it cancelled this order because the product was not avaible and even though this,it received my payment before the dispatch of the item and now i'm without money for a new order on my credit card and without the item. A member of the staff of Zoverstock "Laura" told me that i was refund when the order was cancelled but it was not true,still now i haven't received the refund. I checked the availability of Devil may cry 4 limited edition(ps3) again on the site to see if there were some third-part that had this product and now i see that this product is avaible from ZOVERSTOCK when it told me the opposite...now i want a solution for this case beacause it told me a thing,and it wasn't true, i paid product and now i have not received it and i've note received the refund as you told me.There is a solution for all this?i sent the same e-mail to the staff of zoverstock to receive an explanation and i would have an explanation and a help from the staff of amazon to receive this case quickly

Che intrigo internazionale.. Da qll che capisco io, devi rivolgerti alla tua banca, in quanto molte banche hanno una specie di "blocco". Infatti ti comunica che le "banche" hanno bisogno di 7-10gg per valutare il caso, ovvero, la tempistica di rimborso/pratiche. In poche parole, qst è un commento mio, in Italia siamo sempre i più complicati e lunghi..
Hai usato una PostePay? O Prepagata della tua banca?..Hai usato PayPal?..
L'unica cosa che nn capisco completamente, è perchè ti informano che nel caso tu usassi ulteriore linguaccio "maleducato", prenderanno provvedimenti nei tuoi confronti.. ??!!??.. ..
Cmq..prova ad andare in banca o alle Poste e chiedi informazioni sulla tempistica di rimborso internazionale.. ..
