devi aspettare i 30 gg lavorativi ho appena chiesto il rimborso a zavvi e l'ho potuto fare solo dopo 30 gg lavorativi quindi pazienza e spera che il gioco ti arrivi perchè 20 giorni compresi i lavorativi sono ancora pochi e c'è speranza che arrivi

da quello che ho capito hanno aperto il processo per il rimborso e che entro i 3-4 gg lavorativi mi rimborsano giusto

edit: ho appena letto nella posta elettronica che il rimborso del prodotto è andato a buon fine e mi rimborseranno i soldi del gioco entro 5 gg lavorativi :happy: come pensavo non mi rimborseranno i soldi delle spedizioni

Ops..mi ero dimenticato d avvertirti le le spese d spediz nn sn comprese nel rimborso..

sono passati 20 giorni lavorativi ed essendo molto in paziente ho appena mandato un mex a zavvi per il rimborso e dopo 2 minuti mi hanno risp dicendomi che erano dispiaciuti che che hanno avviato la pratica e dai 2 ai 5 giorni mi daranno il rimborsso

ho appena controlloto la pastepay e mi hanno fatto il rimborso sono stati velocissimi :cheer:
